Also on his most recent album, My Daddy's Music, David Cline represents his philosophy of life by singing old traditionals to keep them alive. And he has recorded several of these old gems beside three of his own excellent songs.

There are the Hank Williams standards Hey Good Lookin' and Honky Tonk Blues. And also Marty Robbins get's honored and is represented with his 1960 version of Don't Worry 'Bout Me. Hank Thompson calls back memories with Six Pack To Go.

Cline's own songs proof again his congeniality and humor, but also the seriousness of certain topics, which he wraps around melodies. You should not only kick your heels to the sound of My Daddy's Music - even though your foot starts moving at the first sounds of the steel guitar - but you should also listen if there might not be a word of truth when David explains that he loves the traditional music and „…not what Nashville calls Country Music today..:“

Many people these days think about splitting up and ending their relationship. Divorce rates speak for themselves. But David gives you an advice you should take into account: It can be Cheaper To Keep'er. And if your wife has her next birthday, you might be surprised to find Honey's Little Hummer in your driveway. Car afficionados know that even the H3 is still a pretty big pile of steel.

I can't wait to hear what stories David has to tell on his next project.
